About the Role:
As a Senior Telemarketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving growth for Astro Shaadi™. This role is perfect for someone who excels in communication, data handling, and strategic planning to build new opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Astrologer and Customer Management: Onboard new astrologers, manage existing relationships, and confidently address their queries.
Excel Expertise: Use Microsoft Excel to manage data, create reports, and analyze trends to drive decision-making.
Strategic Outreach: Identify potential astrologers/customers, reach out, and pitch Astro Shaadi’s unique services to onboard them.
Sales Support: Support sales activities with data-driven insights and customer/astrologer interaction for smoother conversion processes.
Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and meet business objectives.
Problem Solving: Analyze challenges astrologers and customers face, propose solutions, and escalate issues as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business development, BPO, customer support, telecalling, or lead generation.
Excel Skills: Strong knowledge of Excel, including using functions, creating dashboards, and handling large data sets.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Sales Expertise: Proven ability to pitch services, negotiate, and close deals.
Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines.
Customer-Centric: A passion for building strong customer and astrologer relationships and enhancing their experience.
