Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst/Associate to join our Strategy and Program Management team within the CEO Office. In this role, you will support the development and execution of strategic initiatives and play a key role in managing programs that drive company growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Analysis and Planning
- Conduct research and gather data on market trends, competitive landscape, and business performance.
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership.
2. Program Management
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of key strategic programs and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program milestones and deliverables are met on time.
3. Reporting and Communication
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and executive summaries for the CEO and senior executives.
- Track and communicate the progress of strategic initiatives and program outcomes to key stakeholders.
4. Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Assist in implementing best practices and standardized processes to enhance program management capabilities.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and manage expectations.
- Build and maintain key relationships, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Science/Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- CA or MBA (preferred)
Experience
- 0-3 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business analysis, or program management, preferably within the fintech or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record in managing strategic projects and complex initiatives is a plus.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
