We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social media practice, manage key accounts, and mentor our team in delivering award-worthy campaigns .

The Senior Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in building and executing social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. This position requires someone who can blend creativity with analytics , manage a team of brand managers/designers , and bring innovation to every campaign .

Strategy & Planning
Develop and oversee social media strategies for multiple brands across industries.
Mentor and guide brand managers, designers, and editors.
Collaborate closely with clients, providing thought leadership and ensuring brand voice consistency.
Content & Campaigns
Supervise ideation, production, and execution of high-quality, trend-driven content .
Ensure content is engaging, shareable, and performance-oriented .
Develop content buckets, calendars, and creative briefs for clients.
Track performance metrics across platforms, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.
Introduce new campaign formats, storytelling styles, and partnerships (influencer/UGC/brand collabs).
Explore AI-driven tools for content and analytics to improve efficiency.

5–7 years of experience in social media marketing, with agency experience preferred.
~ Proven track record of growing brands on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms .
~ Exceptional understanding of content hooks, reels, UGC, and platform-specific storytelling .
~ Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and social listening tools.
~ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
~ Ability to work across multiple industries , balancing creativity with performance goals.

Experience managing D2C, wellness, education, and consumer tech brands .
Knowledge of SEO/SEM as it ties to social growth.
Strong creative instinct with an eye for design and video trends.
Case studies or award-winning campaign experience is a strong plus.
