RealVal works within the real estate industry. Our goal is to provide financial analysis and accounting support to our clients. We target real estate-focused private equity investors, developers, fund managers, brokers, and more.

We are currently looking for a financial analyst to join our team who is especially skilled in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint.
Due diligence of the acquisition/development deals on existing models including market research, which then would be analyzed and presented to clients.
The role includes building models from scratch and improving on the existing models.
Responsible for analyzing and creating reports on the real estate market and regional economy with respect to employment statistics, major company activities, industry trends, and demographics that affect the local real estate market.
Education: CFA (any level), MBA (finance), Experienced Graduate.
It is also vital that analysts have a good understanding of private equity, investment risk, and real estate investments.
Experience: Preference will be given to candidates who have 0-2 years of experience in a similar domain.
The bulk of the real estate analyst job market research and analysis; hence they must possess strong data collection, validation, and analytical skills. They must be up-to-date with recent trends and news in the industry. They require high-level analytical skills to run financial models as well as analyze all aspects of the real estate markets.
They must possess solid or fluent writing skills because their job entails writing reports and rankings for internal and external professional communications. They must also possess oral communication abilities to effectively work in a team environment and present reports and communicate technical or numerate data in a clear and concise manner.
Computer skills: They must be proficient in the use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Timings : 5:30 pm-2:30 am IST (WFH)
