To manage the Global Supply Chain Control Tower, ensuring real-time end-to-end visibility, inventory control, and execution of strategic supply chain improvement projects across Alkem’s global operations. Global Supply Chain Control Tower: Drive real-time, end-to-end (E2E) visibility across the global supply chain. Enable prescriptive and predictive decision-making through data-driven insights. Facilitate proactive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to resolve critical supply chain issues. ~ Inventory Control & Management: Monitor and optimize inventory levels across global locations. Implement best practices to reduce excess and obsolete inventory. Supply Chain Improvement Projects: Lead and support cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and agility. Identify and implement automation and digitization opportunities to streamline operations. ~ Contribute to the development and execution of AOP and LRP for supply chain functions. Align supply chain strategies with organizational goals and market dynamics. ~ Change Management & Risk Mitigation: Drive de-risking initiatives and change management programs to ensure business continuity. Support transformation projects with structured change frameworks. ~ Support strategic planning through scenario analysis and supply chain modeling. Implement tactical plans to address short-term challenges and opportunities. Qualification & Preferred Experience: MBA with 3-4 years of relevant supply chain experience working in Pharma industry.
