Role Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Social Media Manager to lead and execute ALLEN’s social media strategy across platforms. This role requires creativity, data-driven thinking, and a strong link between social engagement and business outcomes . You will be the driving force behind channel growth, content excellence, and community engagement . Key Responsibilities: Platform Leadership Manage ALLEN’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Telegram. Ensure consistent brand voice and high-quality content across all channels. Content & Campaign Execution Plan and publish platform-specific content (posts, reels, videos, stories). Collaborate with design and production teams for visual storytelling . Growth & Engagement Drive follower growth, engagement rates, and community building . Business Impact Align social media activities with enrolment goals and lead generation. Work closely with performance marketing team to optimize campaigns. Education Sector Focus Create content that resonates with students, parents, and educators . Highlight academic success stories, mentorship, and future readiness . Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs: engagement, CTR, conversions. Share weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights. Must-Have Skills & Experience 5+ years in social media marketing with proven success in channel growth . Strong understanding of education sector audience and tier 2/3 city dynamics. Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics). Excellent communication and team coordination skills .
