This role sits at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and product design - owning the roadmap, managing cross-functional execution, and ensuring every product detail meets performance, cost, and quality expectations.

#Collaborate closely with mechanical, electronics, systems, and firmware teams, acting as the single point of contact for hardware deliverables.
Lead the effort to troubleshoot, prioritize, and resolve issues across development and manufacturing — balancing speed, quality, and reliability.
Maintain a clear understanding of user needs and product goals, ensuring that hardware decisions enhance the end product experience.

#7-10 years of experience working in hardware product development or hardware program management
~ Strong understanding of mechanical, electronics, and systems engineering fundamentals
~ Experience working with contract manufacturers and production partners
~ Excellent documentation, communication, and project management skills
~ Prior experience working on consumer electronics or robotics is a strong plus

#Building completely autonomous cooking robots requires thinking from first principles and building from ground up.
