We have a fully-equipped on-site tool room and molding facility.Our philosophy is to offer efficient, sustainable, and high-quality products and services while maintaining a safe and responsible workplace for our employees and customers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Tool Designer/Engineer and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining plastic dies and moulds. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed tool designs, working with CAD software, inspecting finished tools, troubleshooting and improving existing designs, and collaborating with other departments for efficient production processes. The role requires adhering to quality standards and ensuring the timely completion of projects.QualificationsProficiency in CAD software and tool designingExperience in developing and maintaining plastic dies and mouldsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to conduct product inspections and ensure quality standardsExcellent collaboration and communication skillsAbility to work independently and meet project deadlinesBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool Design, or a related fieldExperience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
