Our consultants have a blend of in-depth domain expertise , strong business consulting skills and excellent soft skills .We are looking for Consultants with a deep understanding and in-depth expertise in Energy / Commodity Trading and Risk Management, with the below experienceDomain expertise in one or more of the following areas:ETRM – Oil , Gas , Power , Renewables , Carbon and Freight TradingCTRM – Agri , Base Metals , Refined and Concentrates TradingUnderstanding of ETRM / CTRM systems and experience across Front Office, Middle Office and BackofficeGood understanding of end-to-end trading workflowsGood Understanding of Physical and Financial TradingFunctional consulting services to Energy and Commodity firms in the E/CTRM area including Business Strategy, IT Strategy, Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, SI Consulting, Business Architecture, Business Analysis, Product ManagementDriving digital strategy and transformation for Energy and Commodity firms using key emerging technologies likes Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Omni/Conversational Channels, Cloud, Blockchain, Social & MobilityPrior consulting experience with top-tier Consulting organizations or experience of driving strategic transformations within Energy firms is good to haveExperience of working with E/CTRM products such as ENDUR , RightAngle , Allegro , Eka, Enuit is good to haveWhat will you do?At Infosys Consulting, you will:Work on business consulting engagements as part of a cross-cultural team across regionsTake up a range of roles in the areas of digital strategy and transformation, functional consulting, process consulting, program management and change managementAnalyze problems and come up with solutions, often creative and out-of-the-boxApply business consulting frameworks and methodologies to address business problemsBe responsible for the delivery of business results to clientsLead workshops to collaborate with client stakeholders and educate them throughout the processLead / contribute to sales pursuits, consulting offerings and internal initiativesParticipate in a variety of Firm building events and the consultant referral programWhat do we require?We are seeking success-oriented people who have a consulting mindset, strong analytical skills, a competitive drive, and an entrepreneurial spirit that will help propel the continued growth of the firm.We look for candidates that have prior relevant work experience of 10 to 15 years (minimum 5 years of E/CTRM experience) , take ownership, excel in ambiguous situations, and possess a passion for helping clients become more competitive.Business acumen combined with a comfort with technology is a must as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.Candidates must be able to quickly frame complex business problems and prioritize root causes with confidence.We pride ourselves on hiring consultants that immediately fit into the fun yet professional atmosphere of Infosys Consulting.
