Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect with 5-8 years of experience to design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in High-Level Design (HLD) , Low-Level Design (LLD) , database schema creation and management, API development, and experience with both monolithic and microservices architectures. The Solution Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategy with business goals, ensuring seamless integration, performance, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities Solution Design
Develop and document HLD and LLD for scalable systems.
Design and implement database schema and ER diagrams.
Architect solutions that align with the business vision using microservices or monolithic frameworks as needed.
Technical Leadership
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of software development, including architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance.
Guide teams on best practices for CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for development.
Frontend & Backend Development
Develop modular and maintainable frontend and backend systems.
Ensure optimal performance, responsiveness, and scalability of solutions.
Work on full-stack solutions using modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.) and backend technologies (Node.js, Spring Boot, Django, etc.).
API Development & Integration
Design, create, and manage RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
Ensure secure, efficient, and reusable integration methods between systems.
Database Management
Create, optimize, and manage complex relational and non-relational databases.
Define strategies for data migration, backup, and recovery.
System Deployment & Operations
Drive automation in deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
Ensure solutions are highly available, fault-tolerant, and easy to monitor.
Collaboration & Mentorship
Work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team.
Skills & Qualifications Educational Background :
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Expertise :
Strong knowledge of HLD and LLD principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in database design (SQL, NoSQL), schema creation, and ER diagrams.
Hands-on experience with microservices and monolithic architectures.
Proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
Expertise in CI/CD tools and practices.
Proficiency in frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend frameworks (Spring Boot, Django, Express.js).
Solid understanding of API design, integration, and management.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools.
Soft Skills :
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Collaborative approach and team leadership skills.
Experience :
Proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
Hands-on experience with agile methodologies.
Minimum of 5 years in solution design and architecture roles.
