We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced React.js Developer to take on a Technology Lead role within our dynamic team. As a Technology Lead, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing web applications with React.js. You’ll lead a team of developers, ensuring best practices are followed, and that projects meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Responsibilities : Lead Frontend Development : Drive the development and architecture of highly responsive web applications using React.js and related technologies. Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Project Management : Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and project managers to define, design, and ship new features. Technical Documentation : Ensure the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for all frontend systems and processes. Quality Assurance : Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience. Continuous Improvement : Advocate for best practices, performance optimization, and a user-centric approach in all project stages. Requirements : Experience : 4+ years of hands-on experience in React.js, with a solid understanding of modern frontend technologies. Proficiency in Core Frontend Technologies : HTML, CSS, Java Script (ES6+), and Type Script. Advanced Knowledge of React Ecosystem : Including React hooks, context API, state management (Redux or Mob X), and component libraries (e.g., Material-UI). Backend Integration : Experience with RESTful APIs, Graph QL, and familiarity with backend technologies. Tools and Frameworks : Strong experience with Webpack, Babel, Git, and testing frameworks like Jest or Enzyme. Soft Skills : Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience working in agile environments. Desirable : Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure).
