About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with a strong focus on coding and hands-on expertise in both software design and development.
In this role, you will be pivotal in building scalable, high-performance web-based tools using Golang , React , and cloud technologies , while adhering to design principles for maintainable and reliable solutions. You will be involved in full development cycles, from design to deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Development: Develop and maintain web applications using Golang , React , SQL/Postgres databases , and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
- Scalability & Reliability: Ensure software scalability, reliability, and maintainability by applying design principles.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and deliver solutions on time.
- Agile Processes: Actively participate in Agile practices such as daily scrums and sprint planning.
- Code Quality: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Optimization: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for improved performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Professional Experience: 5+ years in software development.
- Core Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Golang and React .
- Database Skills: 3+ years of experience working with SQL or Postgres databases .
- Design Principles: Strong understanding of and experience with software design principles.
- Cloud Technology: Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies , including Scrum.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with tools and technologies such as:
