To accelerate our growing Odoo practice, we are searching for a passionate Sr. Odoo Developer who has already spent at least two solid years customizing Odoo modules.Key ResponsibilitiesModule Customization• Design, develop and maintain custom Odoo apps, reports, and integrations.• Refactor existing modules to meet evolving customer requirements while following Odoo best practices.Technical Analysis• Participate in client requirement workshops and translate functional specs into technical tasks.• Draft technical documentation, data-flow diagrams, and deployment notes.Bug Fixing & Optimization• Diagnose performance issues (Python, PostgreSQL, JS, XML) and deliver optimized solutions.• Maintain version control (Git) and follow CI/CD pipelines.Quality Assurance• Write unit tests and conduct peer code reviews.• Support UAT sessions and handle post-deployment warranty support.Must-Have Qualifications1) Experience : 2+ year hands-on Odoo development (v16 or later) with a demonstrable customization portfolio.2) Technical Stack :• Strong Python & PostgreSQL skills• Odoo MVC, ORM, XML views, QWeb reports• JavaScript (OWL / jQuery) and REST/JSON APIs3) Version Control: Proficiency in Git / GitHub / GitLab.4) Problem Solving: Ability to debug tracebacks and performance bottlenecks quickly.5) Residency: Already based in Vadodara or willing to relocate immediately (no remote option).Nice-to-Have• Exposure to Nginx• Knowledge of Odoo.sh or on-prem CI pipelines• Experience integrating third-party Software with Odoo• Odoo CertificationSend your profile to
