Job Title: WMS Functional ConsultantJob Type: Full-timeJob Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced WMS Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a WMS Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and supporting Warehouse Management Systems for our clients. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring the system, providing end-user training, and ensuring smooth system integration and operation.Key Responsibilities:Gather and analyze client requirements related to warehouse operations and management.Lead end-to-end WMS implementation projects, including project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project alignment and address any issues or concerns.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs.Configure the WMS system to meet client needs, including setup of workflows, rules, and interfaces.Collaborate with technical teams during system integration and testing phases.Conduct end-user training sessions and prepare training materials and documentation.Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues related to system functionality.Assist in the development of reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making.Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in WMS technology.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Proven experience 8+ years as a WMS Functional Consultant or similar role in WMS implementation projects.Hands-on experience with at least one major WMS platform (e.g., Manhattan Associates, JDA/Blue Yonder, Infor WMS).Strong understanding of warehouse operations and processes (e.g., receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping).Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions.Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.Experience with SQL queries and data analysis is preferred.Certification in relevant WMS systems is a plus.Company Overview:Trangile is the fastest growing digital transformation services company having headquarter in Singapore and based at more than 9 sites with 50+ customers worldwide. We are a software services company with deep domain knowledge and proven experience in Retail, Logistics, Life Sciences and BFSI domains.
