As we expand into the Indian market, we are looking for a dynamic and presentable Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager. Job Summary: The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in Kaprel India, overseeing the delivery of projects with our build partners while managing client-facing responsibilities. This includes technical discussions with consultants, architects, and clients, ensuring seamless project execution from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with build partners to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Client and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution. Lead technical meetings with consultants, architects, and other stakeholders to align project requirements. Technical Oversight: Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to ensure alignment with Kaprel’s standards. Provide on-site technical guidance and ensure quality control. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor site teams to ensure adherence to project goals and timelines. Foster collaboration between internal teams, build partners, and clients. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure projects comply with local building codes and regulations. Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in project management within the construction or interior fit-out industry. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a client-focused approach. Strong understanding of technical drawings and project coordination. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Auto CAD). Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
