Job Title: Configuration Lead – Healthcare Product ImplementationLocation: ChennaiExperience: 3-12 YearsNote : Immediate Joiners or Max - 45 - 60 Days JoinersInterested Candidate can Share Their CV to Overview:We are looking for a Configuration Lead to oversee the implementation of healthcare products. You will lead a team, ensure high-quality delivery, and work closely with both technical and business teams to meet client requirements on time.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the configuration and setup of healthcare administration products.- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet service level agreements (SLAs).- Guide and mentor Configuration Analysts and Engineers to follow best practices.- Design and configure systems for Claims and Clinical Operations.- Run Agile sprints, including planning, backlog grooming, and demos.- Ensure configuration meets standards and review design compliance.- Coordinate with Integration, Conversion, and Testing teams for smooth project execution.- Provide project updates, identify risks, and propose solutions.- Participate in client demos, resolve issues, and support product adoption.Key Requirements:- 5–8 years of experience in healthcare product implementation or configuration leadership.- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, especially US Healthcare and Payor systems.- Experience in configuring and deploying healthcare products.- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and leading sprints.- Experience with HealthRules Payor or similar platforms is preferred.- Strong knowledge of Claims processing, Member/Provider data, and Clinical Operations.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.- Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills:- Experience with healthcare integrations, EDI transactions, and workflow automation.- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile tools.- Client-facing experience in consulting or implementation roles.
