This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives across the organization. The role will report to the Head of Strategy & PMO and will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project governance, track performance, and enable decision-making at the leadership level.Key Result Areas & Responsibilities:Project Governance & OversightEstablish and maintain project management standards, tools, and templatesMonitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives across business unitsEnsure alignment of projects with strategic goals and timelinesExecution SupportPartner with initiative owners to develop detailed project plans, milestones, and KPIsIdentify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans proactivelyFacilitate regular reviews and steering committee meetingsPerformance Tracking & ReportingDevelop dashboards and reports for leadership to track progress and impactAnalyze project data to provide insights and recommendationsEnsure timely and accurate documentation of project outcomesChampion the integration of AI and digital tools to enhance project management efficiency and decision-makingChange Management & CommunicationSupport change management efforts to drive adoption of strategic initiatives.Create communication plans and materials to engage stakeholders.Key Skills & Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.4–6 years of experience in a PMO or strategy execution roleConsulting and IMO (Integration Management Office) experience preferredStrong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Power BI)Experience in a matrixed, fast-paced, and cross-functional environmentStrong Communication skillsThis role offers an opportunity to contribute directly to Sodexo’s growth journey by shaping a future-ready, engaged, and high-performing workforce.Why SODEXO:Healthy Work-Life BalanceLeadership DevelopmentGlobal Career OpportunitiesCross-Functional CollaborationInclusive CultureCompetitive CompensationComprehensive Health & Wellness Benefits
