Senior Manager – Tech-Enabled Media Activation

Role overview: The Senior Manager/Supervisor, Media is accountable for driving and supporting all aspects of the media planning and activation process and workflow including theintegrated workings of cross-channel platforms for a select group of accounts. This role plays an integral role as an integration lead developing media strategies that translate into media plans while also responsible for ensuring flawless execution and activation of plan across all channels. Proven leadership experience, established mentorship success stories, extensive integrated media experience and strategic thinking are all vital in this position. This role also partners closely with Client Services and senior media leadership to build strong relationships across teams while also ensuring our work product is always thoughtful to the entire customer experience across paid channels and every other brand touchpoint our audiences will use in their journey.Key Responsibilities:Champion the cross-channel planning and activation process and workflow for active campaigns across select group of accountsAct as key integration lead collaborating with media strategy, omnichannel, social, search and content syndication teams throughout the full life cycle of active campaignsOversee and support management and maintenance of active media plans within media planning platform, ensuring integrity of plans at all times for select group of accountsMaintain quality control while ensuring projects and campaigns are executed completely, correctly, accurately, and efficiently for clientsTroubleshoot issues/concerns and work with online partners to resolve as neededEnsure tactics and vendors utilized are GDPR compliant and ensure all internal processes and procedures are followed, including those specific to certain clients based on their own contractual agreementsWork in close collaboration with Media Strategy team translating plan to inputs for activation; consult on optimizations throughout campaign life-cycle to meet and/or exceed performance goalsRemain fully embedded in all aspects of the campaign including the planning process, through campaign execution and measurementLead and own regular budget pacing at overall plan level and monthly actualization process for select group of accountsParticipate in larger team projects on the future of media buying and activationExhibit the ability to anticipate and solve problemsOwn and foster growth in the relationships with agency partners, where applicableWork closely with
