We’re embarking on a transformative journey with the launch of our new technical division. This division will focus on leveraging cutting-edge technology and introduce products tailored to the evolving needs of modern consumers.
As part of this expansion, we are looking for a visionary Project Manager to lead this initiative and drive the development and execution of technical projects.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects. This role requires excellent organizational skills, an ability to navigate complex challenges, and a proactive approach to stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
• Plan, execute, and oversee technical projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align priorities, resolve roadblocks, and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress and adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Implement agile methodologies, conducting sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Technical Development
Write, review, and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable code.
Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement technical solutions, ensuring best practices in development.
Debug and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain a high-quality user experience.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate relevant innovations into the product.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Software Developer, or in a similar hybrid role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Script, Python, or Ruby (depending on your tech stack).
• Experience with web frameworks, APIs, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Preferred:
• Knowledge of AI tools, platforms, and relevant technologies.
• Experience building or managing marketplace or Saa S products.
• Familiarity with database systems (SQL and No SQL).
• Passion for coding and a strong interest in AI-driven innovation.
