Backed by factual insights, expert advice, and a vibrant community, LXME makes investing, saving, budgeting, and spending easy and accessible.Join a high-growth fintech startup that’s revolutionizing how women engage with money — a platform built by women, for women.What You’ll Do:Design, build, and maintain scalable and high-performing backend services using GoLang or JavaDrive end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of backend systemsChampion clean code practices, robust system design, and performance optimizationMentor and guide junior engineers; conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and consistencyCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOpsSet up and manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment workflowsMonitor and enhance application performance, system reliability, and latencyImplement comprehensive API and infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and loggingWork with both SQL and NoSQL databases to optimize data storage and accessInfluence and shape engineering best practices, standards, and team processesTech Stack You'll Work With:Languages: GoLang, JavaCloud: AWS (S3, EC2, ECS, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS)Databases: PostgreSQL, RedisDevOps & Infra: Docker, ECS, Terraform, Bitbucket PipelinesMonitoring Tools: New Relic, AWS CloudWatchWhat We're Looking For:3–6 years of hands-on backend development experience using GoLang or JavaDeepdive in the field of advanced concurrency and performance optimisationsDeep understanding of RESTful APIs, system design, and microservices architectureExperience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud services and container-based deploymentsProficiency with CI/CD tools, Git workflows, and infrastructure automationProven experience mentoring engineers and leading technical discussionsStrong understanding of database design, query tuning, and caching strategiesA mindset focused on automation, efficiency, and scalabilitySolid debugging and performance tuning skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills and strong documentation habitsNice to Have:Background in fintech, payments, or investment platformsFamiliarity with event-driven architectures and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)Knowledge of security best practices in backend developmentWhy Join Us?Be a part of a mission-driven company transforming the financial landscape for women across IndiaWork alongside a passionate, purpose-aligned, and innovative teamOpportunity to work with founders and senior leadership on regular basis
