We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Onboarding (ONB
Primary Skills/Requirements
- 8+ years experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations
- Strong experience with Onboarding 1.0 and Onboarding 2.0 (hands-on configuration a must)
- Good knowledge of Employee Central and Recruiting Management (integration touchpoints)
- Prior experience in upgrade/migration projects (1.0 → 2.0) highly preferred.
- Ability to run workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and client presentations
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications in ONB 2.0
