Role Overview: As a Senior Pre-Sales Executive , you will be the first voice of the brand — the bridge between aspiration and reality. You will engage with high-intent leads generated through digital and referral channels, understand their lifestyle aspirations, and guide them towards discovering their perfect home with TG Developers. Engage promptly with qualified leads from online and offline campaigns. Understand the client’s investment goals, location preferences, and design sensibilities. Present TG’s luxury projects with a personalized, consultative approach. Schedule and coordinate project walkthroughs with the Sales and CRM teams. Maintain accurate records and insights in the CRM for lead tracking and performance review. Deliver exceptional pre-sales service that reflects the brand’s premium ethos. Support marketing initiatives and contribute feedback to enhance lead quality and conversion ratios. 2–4 years of experience in real estate pre-sales / customer engagement (luxury or premium segment preferred). ~ Fluent in English ; proficiency in Kannada and Hindi is an advantage. ~ Ability to understand client psychology and sell through trust and relationship building. ~ Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM systems. ~ Goal-oriented, self-driven, and passionate about the art of high-value sales.
