Backed by top investors like Titan Capital, MPL, and Kunal Shah, Lingopanda is creating a truly AI-powered English-speaking experience—with over 300 quirky AI characters (yes, even talking cats and startup CEOs) As a General Operations Intern , you’ll work closely with the founders and senior team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations that drive Lingopanda’s growth and efficiency. This is a hands-on role where you’ll get to learn how different parts of a fast-scaling startup come together. What We’re Looking For: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proficiency in Google Sheets & Google Docs Attention to detail and ability to work independently Quick learner, adaptable in a dynamic startup environment At least a 6-month commitment , extendable upon mutual agreement Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include: Managing daily operational activities to ensure smooth functioning across teams Assisting the Founders and Chief of Staff with key operational initiatives Using Google Sheets/Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis Supporting different teams in project execution, as and when required Identifying process improvements and optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency Compensation: ₹10,000–15,000 per month, based on relevant experience What We Offer Beyond Stipend: Flexible working hours Option to join remotely, hybrid, or in-office (JP Nagar, Bangalore) Office breakfast & snacks for those who choose in-office Direct mentorship from founders and senior team members A fast-paced, fun, and highly collaborative work environment Flat hierarchy with lots of ownership and learning opportunities Please note: This internship requires a minimum 6-month commitment , extendable upon mutual agreement.
