Architecture and Design : Lead the design and development of scalable, efficient, and high-performance web applications.
Development : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both frontend (React) and backend (Node.js, Express) using best practices.
Database Management : Design and manage MongoDB databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance optimization.
Team Leadership : Lead a team of developers, providing technical direction, support, and mentorship. Ensure the team follows coding standards and best practices.
Collaboration : Work with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to build seamless and responsive web applications.
Testing & Debugging : Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and debug issues to ensure the application meets high-quality standards.
Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior developers, helping them grow their technical skills and advance their careers.
Deployment & Maintenance : Oversee deployment pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and maintain applications in a production environment.
Innovation : Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements and adopting best practices.
