Immediate Joiner-Digital Factory Global Application Analyst

We are hiring a Digital Factory Global Application Analyst to serve as the key link between business stakeholders, solution architects, and project teams. This role is essential for translating business requirements into functional designs and ensuring successful implementation of digital initiatives. The role will also be a cornerstone in M&A-related activities, supporting the functional transition to a newly independent digital organization by helping define and deploy new systems, processes, and capabilities. Work closely with business stakeholders to define and document functional requirements for digital solutions that enable business continuity and transformation post-acquisition. Lead functional planning for M&A carve-out activities, including requirement gathering for new systems, gap analyses, and support for clean-room or transitional environments. Support workshops, design sessions, and future-state business process mapping. Lead user acceptance testing, training coordination, and go-live planning. Monitor project delivery to ensure business value realization and feedback loops. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Lean/Six Sigma a plus). ~7+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain, with digital project involvement. ~ Experience with functional roles in MES, ERP, APS, WMS, or related platforms. ~ M&A or carve-out experience preferred, especially in functional stream design and execution. ~ Fluent in English (Spanish or other languages a plus). Experience with requirement documentation, functional specs, and UAT. SAP, Kinaxis, Rockwell, Siemens). Exposure to M&A transition environments, clean-room operations, or digital separations.
