Position Title: Associate Manager / Financial Analyst
Key Responsibilities
Support in general ledger functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and
compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Support in month-end close process, ensuring all deadlines are met and
financial data is accurate
Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, income statement analysis,
and variance analysis.
Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
statements.
Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and other relevant accounting standards
Coordinate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary
documentation and explanations.
Identify and resolve discrepancies and issues related to the general ledger.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes
and systems.
Participate in system upgrades and implementations, ensuring smooth
transitions and minimal disruptions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, IFRS/GAAP, and financial
reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
