Quantitative Researcher / Trader (HFT)Location: Mumbai & Noida (Onsite)Type: Full-timeA high-frequency trading desk within a large, well-capitalized group is expanding its India operations. You will research, test, build, refine, and run C++ based systematic trading strategies. The team runs low-latency, in-house systems, including FPGA-based execution infrastructure.Qualifications2+ years as a Quant Researcher or Trader at a tier 1 quantitative trading firmMandatory: Hands-on C++ experience used in professional, full-time work (not academic, not internships)Experience with low-latency environmentsFPGA familiarity is a strong advantageStrong fundamentals in mathematics, statistics, and an extreme problem-solving mindsetBachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related fields from top-tier institutionsExperience with futures and options is preferredCultureCollaboration-heavy; researchers, traders, and developers work closelyRoles are flexible and fluid, you can pursue projects outside your core roleNew ideas and independent research projects are encouragedHigh ownership: good ideas can move to production quicklyDiscreet conversations are always welcome (if concerned contact us directly)
