We’re looking for a SCM Functional Management to support our team in PAN India. If you’re someone who takes initiative, values continuous learning, and thrives in a collaborative setting, we’d love to hear from you.Job Description- 10+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on order projection, optimization, and fulfillment.- Proven track record as a functional architect or similar role, with experience in designing enterprise-level solutions.- In-depth, hands-on knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes.- Demonstrated experience in implementing major supply chain planning solutions (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, etc.).- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.Key Responsibilities:- To support the solution design and architecture for supply chain planning systems, acting as the primary functional expert.- Deeply understand and analyze current business processes related to order projection, order optimization, and fulfillment to identify opportunities for improvement.- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.- Oversee and actively participate in the implementation of supply chain planning solutions, ensuring they meet the designed architecture and business needs.- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and design to deployment and post-go-live support.
