Job Title: iOS Developer
Location: Pune, MH
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled iOS Developer with a strong background in developing banking or financial applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications in the iOS ecosystem. They should be familiar with the latest iOS frameworks, Swift, and have a keen eye for creating a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop iOS applications specifically for banking/financial use cases, ensuring high performance, security, and user-friendly experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, design, product) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and fix bugs and bottlenecks, and continuously improve application performance.
- Stay updated with the latest iOS trends and incorporate best practices for app development, including modular architecture.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Develop and maintain unit tests and automated test scripts to ensure robust app functionality and regression control.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive financial data according to industry best practices and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in iOS development with a proven track record of developing and releasing banking or financial applications.
- Proficient in Swift and familiarity with Objective-C.
- In-depth knowledge of iOS frameworks (UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, etc.), as well as third-party libraries and APIs.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and back-end services integration.
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices and experience in implementing security protocols (e.g., data encryption, secure storage, biometric authentication).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with CI/CD and automation tools like Jenkins or Bitrise is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a fintech or banking environment.
- Knowledge of Core Banking Systems and API integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for building secure and innovative mobile solutions.
