Job Title: Storytelling Content Creator (Marketing-Focused)Location:Remote (India) | Full-timeCompany:PPC GuruAbout Us PPC Guru is a North America–based performance-driven marketing agency helping service-based businesses grow through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and high-impact storytelling content.We don’t just run ads — we craft stories that make people click, connect, and convert.Now we’re building astorytelling-first content team in India , and we’re looking for acreative content creator who lives and breathes short-form storytelling— someone who can make marketing feel human and relatable.About the Role You’ll be the creative storyteller behind PPC Guru’s own content and select client brands.Your mission: to make marketing content engaging, emotional, and binge-worthy.From scripting and shooting short-form videos to finding viral hooks and formats, you’ll turn everyday marketing ideas into stories that perform organically across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.You’ll work closely with our strategy and editing teams to create content that doesn’t just get views — it gets remembered.️ Key ResponsibilitiesWrite, direct, and produce short-form storytelling videos around marketing, business, and creative topicsResearch trends, viral sounds, and formats — and adapt them with your own storytelling twistCraft emotional hooks, strong CTAs, and narrative scripts that keep viewers watching till the endOccasionally appear on-camera or direct other creators for brand storytelling shootsCollaborate with designers and editors to ensure final videos are engaging and aligned with brand toneAnalyze performance metrics (views, retention, engagement) and evolve your creative direction accordinglyExperiment with new ideas weekly — testing different story angles, pacing, and formatsWhat We’re Looking For2–5 years of experience as acontent creator or storyteller(preferably in marketing, business, or creator niches)A strong portfolio ofstorytelling or educational short-form videos(Reels, Shorts, TikToks, etc.)Proven understanding of what makes videos go viral — pacing, emotional pull, retentionExcellent English communication and writing skillsAbility to think visually — from scripting and framing shots to guiding editsDeep familiarity with platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTokComfortable working remotely with a creative team across time zonesNice to HaveExperience creating marketing or ad-industry-related contentOn-camera experience (personal creator or brand side)Basic editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar toolsKnowledge of AI tools for ideation or scriptingPast record of achieving viral reach (e.g., 100K+ views organically)Why Join PPC Guru?Work with a global marketing agency obsessed with storytellingCreative freedom to experiment, fail fast, and find your storytelling voiceOpportunity to shape how marketing brands tell their stories onlineGrowth potential to lead storytelling strategy across multiple client brands
