Senior Research & Development Manager Crust N Crumb Food Ingredients Pvt. Crust N Crumb, a leading name in baking & confectionery solutions , is looking for a Senior R&D Manager to lead product innovation in cake mixes, bakery ingredients, and confectionery applications . We are seeking someone who has extensive expertise in bakery ingredients R&D and preferably, added exposure to seasoning / QSR-style coatings & marinades . Lead new product development (NPD)for cake mixes, improvers, bakery ingredients, and confectionery solutions. ~ Drive recipe innovation, optimization, and scale-up from lab to production. ~ Collaborate with marketing, sales, and procurement teams to align projects with market needs & customer briefs . ~ Provide technical training and support to internal teams and key customers. ~(Bachelor’s / Master’s in Food Technology, Food Science, or Bakery & Confectionery Technology . ~8–12 years’ R&D experience in bakery, cake mixes, or related food manufacturing. ~ Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems and good computer skills. ~ Excellent communication skills (English; Hindi/Malayalam a plus). ~ Be at the forefront of bakery innovation in India’s growing food sector.
