We are looking to expand our team.About the RoleAs an AI Engineer, you will build agent workflows that power clinical processes. You'll work directly with founding team and clinicians to ship AI agents that improve care delivery while complying with HIPAA and other security requirements.Examples of work you will be involved inDevelop AI agents that healthcare team can delegate work to and get 10x more doneBuild multi LLM workflows using advanced techniques like plan & execution, self-reflection, context management, dynamic tools etc.Build context retrieval via RAG from varied clinical data sourcesLeverage tool calling and MCP servers to execute actionsCreate evaluation methods that measure both AI performance and clinical safetyRed team healthcare AI systems to find vulnerabilitiesYou'll be encouraged to be creative, own projects end-to-end, and shape how AI transforms healthcare delivery.About YouYou are passionate about healthcare and AI technologyYou have strong software engineering fundamentalsYou enjoy working with a small group of expert level programmersYou've shipped software products, especially AI or ML componentsYou're security-first. Data security and HIPAA compliance baked into how you design systemsYou move fast (but don't break things)Requirements3+ years building software applications. 1 year building AI systems in productionHands-on experience with RAG architectures and vector stores (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, etc.)Experience with agent frameworks.
