Thread Factory is a B2B fashion marketplace empowering unorganized apparel retailers with data-driven insights and technology to source the latest fashion from India’s top manufacturers. Our focus is on building a robust R&D platform that not only supports sourcing but also offers valuable trend insights to help retailers curate the perfect collections for their stores. Currently in stealth mode, we are developing a comprehensive omni-channel solution to streamline procurement, enhance sales, and simplify operations
What we are looking for?
We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Full-Stack Software Developer to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy taking ownership of impactful projects, and want to shape the future of cutting-edge products, this role is for you. As a core team member, you will work closely with the founding team to build and scale innovative web applications, contributing directly to our mission and growth.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Lead the full development lifecycle, from feature ideation to deployment and beyond.
Partner with the team to address technical challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
Help define the technical roadmap and explore innovative technologies to drive our platform forward.
Requirements
Proven experience building and managing full-stack web applications.
Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with deploying and managing applications on platforms like AWS or Heroku.
Strong experience with Git for seamless collaboration and code management.
A self-starter who can take ownership of tasks and deliver results with minimal supervision.
