Job duties:
Primary responsibilities:
Adequate preparation of the show content /concept that will be on the air.
Need to time the content for the show.
Selecting music, scripting and presenting radio shows & diversifying nature depending on the subject matter.
Conceptualizing the show creatively
Recording various bytes in advance & keeping a check on the content which goes on air.
Work together with the producer and planning the how host, which includes script writing.
Always increase content, humor and entertainment on the show.
Do events, OBs on ground special shows during holidays and special events & contribute ideation, station plans, events and other activities.
Try and attain higher celeb bytes.
Making the show the most popular show in the city.
Skill required:
Should know the city, its ethos, culture of the city very well
Complete Technical know how of the on air systems which include mixer, RCS, mic, Flash mic.
