We operate in both domestic and cross-border deal making, with deep India expertiseand a strong international network through Pandion Partners ( are a high-conviction, high-touch firm with a strong track record in mid-market transactions andend-to-end deal execution.Role Overview:As Manager - Wealth Management, you will be responsible for:Build and manage client relationshipsProactively identify business opportunities in Wealth Management and Investment Banking.Develop tailored investment and financial plans across asset classes – mutual funds, AIFs, PMS, direct equities (listed/ unlisted), bonds, and other alternates.Manage investment portfolios including asset allocation, portfolio rebalancing, and investment selection - understand financial goals, risk tolerance, and preferences.Monitor and review client portfolios, adjusting strategies based on market trends, economic conditions, and client needs.Provide regular updates and insights on market trends, macroeconomic conditions, and investment performance.Conduct financial and economic research to support client recommendations.Collaborate with legal, tax, estate planning, and family office setups for holistic wealth solutions.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.What we’re looking for3+ years in wealth management/ private banking, or as a Relationship Manager in a
