POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This position will be responsible for supporting strategic transformation activities across the enterprise. As a member of the Transformation Management Office, support senior leaders by driving hypotheses, analysis, and recommendations. The position will also own and maintain the transformation framework and tool suite, conducting financial and program analyses, building reports, pressure-testing outcomes, and build program deliverables. This individual will also be responsible for identifying cross functional dependencies, escalating risks, and influencing the prioritization of programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
Maintain transformation processes and tools (program management, reporting, financial models, etc.). Onboard new initiatives onto the transformation program by assisting in creation of deliverables (business cases, plans, charters, etc.)
Develop hypotheses and conduct analyses including financial models and presentations to develop recommendations. Work with leaders to identify key metrics and KPIs that track and measure success
Develop deliverables and communications material for various stakeholders groups including executive leadership. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholder groups.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA from Top universities is preferred
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
Power BI experience is a plus
Prior experience in a Strategy Consulting firm is a strong plus
Experience developing hypotheses, insights and recommendations based on data and analysis
Ability to synthesize complex ideas into concise summaries with additional supporting detail
Ability to present ideas and influence leadership using data, expert input, and research.
Experience managing an ecosytem of tools, scripts, processes, metrics and reports to drive insights
Proven experience building financial models and roadmaps
Proven program and portfolio management skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently across all levels of the enterprise, both locally and internationally
