About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned Backend Developer with 4-6 years of experience to lead and enhance our backend operations. As a key member of our high-performing team, you will take ownership of our Nest JS-based system, leveraging advanced technologies and AWS services to ensure seamless and efficient backend performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop & Maintain: Build and sustain backend services using Node.js and Nest JS frameworks. Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas for Mongo DB and Postgre SQL to ensure data integrity and performance. Caching Solutions: Integrate Redis and Elasticache to implement effective caching mechanisms. AWS Deployment: Manage and deploy applications on AWS , utilizing services such as EC2 , Lambda , Event Bridge , and more. API Development: Create scalable and secure APIs with custom validations, ensuring high performance and reliability. Third-Party Integrations: Develop and monitor webhooks for payment and plan management using Zoho APIs . Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to maintain high standards of software quality. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and lead knowledge transfer for complex systems. Must-Have Skills: Experience: 4-6 years in backend development. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Node.js , Nest JS , and Java Script/Type Script . Database Expertise: Strong experience with Mongo DB , Postgre SQL , and Redis . AWS Mastery: Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, Elasticache, and Event Bridge. API Development: Proven ability to create robust APIs with custom validations. Integrations: Experience with third-party integrations, particularly Zoho . Leadership: Ability to work independently and lead knowledge transfer initiatives for complex backend systems. Nice-to-Have Skills: Containerization: Familiarity with Docker for efficient application deployment. CI/CD: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines to streamline development workflows.
