Job Role: Change And Release Manager
Job Location: Delhi
Exp Range: 4 Years to 8 Years
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):
Should have experience in Change and Release Management or any other related process
Strong understanding of ITIL principles and processes
Very good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical skills
Good reporting skills
ITIL foundation certification
Good-to-Have:
Experience with Agile and Dev Ops practices
Knowledge of compute, cloud, virtualization & networking technologies
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop, Maintain and Enhance Change and Release Management processes and procedures
Manage and coordinate change requests, assessments, and approvals
Track change implementation and closure, during the life cycle of the change
Conduct post implementation review, where required and document the learnings and improvements
Develop and maintain release management plans and scheduled
Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management
Generate and share relevant reporting on agreed frequency
Ensure that the applicable SLA are safe guarded and achieved
