Role Overview As a Jr. Graphic Designer , you’ll work closely with our design and strategy teams to create meaningful, aesthetically strong visual solutions for a variety of brands. You will be involved across the entire design process from brainstorming to execution, and contribute to projects across digital and print mediums. What You’ll Do Create engaging graphics, layouts, and brand collaterals for both digital and print platforms. Support in developing brand identities, visual styles, and communication materials. Collaborate with senior designers and strategists to translate ideas into compelling concepts. Work on social media creatives, campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials. Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables. Assist in preparing final files for delivery, production, or publishing. Participate in team reviews, contribute ideas, and iterate based on feedback. What We’re Looking For 0–2 years of professional experience in graphic design (internships/freelance experience counts). Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (knowledge of After Effects or Figma is a plus). A solid sense of typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy, and layout design. Creativity backed by strong conceptual and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines. A collaborative mindset, eagerness to learn, and openness to feedback. A compelling portfolio showcasing your best work in branding, digital design, or communication design.
