Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks including managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, coordinating personnel management functions, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. The role will also involve supporting recruitment processes, employee relations, and addressing HR inquiries.Responsibilities:-Recruitment (High Priority)Payroll & Benefits Administration: (High Priority) Managing salaries, leave policies, and employee benefits.Skills in Personnel ManagementHR Policy Implementation: Creating and enforcing HR policies and employee handbooks.Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR ManagementExperience with HR Policies and Employee BenefitsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and handle confidential informationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in the interior design industry is a plusSkillsWriting and posting job advertisements.Sourcing candidates through job fairs, referrals, or online platforms.Screening applications and shortlisting candidates.Conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.Managing job offers and negotiating salaries.CTC : 30-35K Per month
