Job Summary: As a Coordinator specialist at Director's Office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication of stocks and handling discrepancies with our brand partners. Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, managing stock levels, and coordinating communication with the brand.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with brand partners regarding stock availability, orders, and discrepancies.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate stock records in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Work closely with the Director to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing processes.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in stock management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
