We are specialized in Architectural, Interior fitout, furniture and landscape designs projects in Middle east and north Africa regions.


Role Description - Interior Fit-out Draftsman / Architectural Revit/CAD Draftsman.


  • This is a full-time office job for preparing Shop Drawing / Detailed IFC drawings for Architectural / Interior Fit-out projects
  • The Drafters will be responsible for creating technical drawings.
  • They should have excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate technical design information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong knowledge in Architectural /Interior Fitout/Joinery detailing.
  • Experience in co-ordination with Structural, MEP and Interior design requirements
  • Drafting and Design: Produce detailed architectural / ID drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, using AutoCAD / Revit
  • Ability to create 2D working drawings from the approved 3D model (3D max, SketchUp or Revit …)
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving: Identify and resolve design issues or discrepancies that may arise during the design and construction process.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with architects and other team members to understand project requirements, objectives, and design intent.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and documentation


Qualifications


Diploma/NCVT in Civil Architectural draughtsman / Diploma in Architectural assistantship /Diploma in AutoCAD or a related field is typically required.

Preference for GCC / Overseas Experienced candidates +5yrs / 7yrs India Experience

Preference for the candidate who have experience in Star Hotel Interior / Architectural projects.

Ability to read and interpret 3D render / architectural blueprints and plans.
