Role Overview:

We are seeking talented and creative UI/UX Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting visually appealing and user-centric designs, along with the technical know-how to bridge the gap between design and development. You will be responsible for enhancing the user experience and designing intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Prototyping:

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define design requirements.

User Research & Testing:

  • Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights.
  • Analyze user feedback and incorporate improvements into designs.

UI/UX Implementation:

  • Design user interfaces that align with brand identity and enhance usability.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Design System Management:

  • Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI frameworks for consistency.
  • Stay updated with design trends and best practices to improve the product experience.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and product managers, to deliver optimal solutions.

Requirements:
  • Experience:

1+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.

  • Technical Skills:

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma , Adobe XD , Sketch , or equivalent.

Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.

  • Creative Skills:

Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout.

Ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive and appealing interfaces.

  • Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Preferred:

Experience with tools like InVision , Zeplin , or Adobe Creative Suite .

Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.

Exposure to agile or scrum methodologies.
