We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year of experience in solar or related EPC industries. The role requires someone who understands how solar projects function end-to-end and can coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution and timely updates.

Government Liasoning, Design, Procurement, Accounts and execution.
Track and maintain project schedules, deliverables and milestones .
Ensure timely updates and reporting to senior management on project progress.
Assist the project team in preparing MIS reports, trackers and dashboards .
Identify potential delays or issues and escalate them to management proactively.
Support project managers in ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.
Maintain organized records of project documents, approvals and communications.
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or related field .
Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination in Solar.
Good understanding of solar project lifecycle – from design to procurement, execution, and commissioning.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) ; exposure to project management tools is an advantage.
