About the Role

We are looking for talented Talent Acquisition Specialists with an MBA background, preferably in HR. Join our dynamic team and take the opportunity to grow and thrive with the right talent

Responsibilities

  • Understand the requirements of clients and deliver qualified consultants.
  • Identify and screen potential consultants for the client’s requirements.
  • Establish a good relationship with consultants and build a solid network.
  • Negotiate compensation/salary, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates, and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.
  • Submit qualified candidates to open positions/job requirements.
  • Would be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database/Processes for a smooth and transparent work environment

Qualifications

  • We are only looking for freshers (Preferably MBA Graduates)

Required Skills

  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service focus and a tenacious appetite for uncovering talent.
  • A fast learner while all the necessary training will be provided

Other Details

  • Full-time role.
  • Shift Time: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST
  • Location: Khajaguda - Nanakramguda Rd, Prashanti Hills, Manikonda.
  • Lucrative Incentives

  • CTC - Depending on the Interview
