Recruitment Partner/Talent Acquisition Partner

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruitment strategies, ensure timely hiring, and enhance workforce diversity. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hiring for Sales functions, diversity hiring, managing hiring within TAT, and leading campus hiring initiatives. Identify and attract top sales talent across levels through various sourcing channels. Diversity Hiring: Drive diversity-focused hiring initiatives to ensure an inclusive workforce. Develop partnerships with diversity-focused job boards, networking groups, and recruitment events. Optimize recruitment processes to meet hiring deadlines without compromising quality . Track and report recruitment metrics, ensuring adherence to predefined TATs. Design and execute campus recruitment programs to attract fresh talent. Build relationships with universities and business schools to enhance employer branding. Manage campus hiring events, internships, and graduate trainee programs. 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on Sales hiring. ✅ Proven expertise in diversity hiring strategies . ✅ Experience in campus hiring initiatives and university relations . ✅ Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. ✅ Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data-driven hiring approaches. MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. Experience in high-volume hiring environments. Prior experience in a B2B or B2C sales-driven organization .
