As industry experts and technology partners, we introduce automation to their manual workflows, plug revenue leakages, and remove inefficiencies.REQUIREMENTSAccounting, Finance & Compliance Bachelor’s/Master’s in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration1–4 years in accounting, finance ops, or startup operationsStrong understanding of accounting basics, compliance, and payrollProficiency with Zoho Books / Tally / QuickBooks / Excel / SheetsAwareness of GST, TDS, PF, ESI (preferred)High attention to detail and documentation disciplineProduct & Project Management Basic understanding of how SaaS products are built (nice to have)Strong coordination and communication across cross-functional teamsAbility to track delivery timelines, blockers, and dependenciesSkilled at maintaining documentation, dashboards, and progress updatesComfortable following up with multiple team members without losing contextPrior experience in PMO/project coordination is a plus, but not mandatoryTalent Sourcing & People Ops Experience supporting hiring pipelines (sourcing, screening, coordination)Familiarity with LinkedIn search, job boards, and Boolean searchStrong communication and candidate evaluation skillsAbility to maintain hiring trackers, onboarding docs, and HR filesComfort interacting with candidates across roles and levelsAbility to assess cultural fit and represent the brand wellTASKSAccounting, Finance & Compliance Record day-to-day accounting entries and perform reconciliationsTrack client invoices, payments, and follow up on collectionsGenerate and verify invoices, receipts, and reimbursement recordsMaintain payroll, attendance, reimbursements, and expense reportsSupport P&L, balance sheets, and monthly MIS reportingCoordinate GST, TDS, ROC, and compliance filings with CAEnsure timely vendor and employee paymentsMaintain accurate financial documentation and audit readinessProduct & Project Management Track the product roadmap and ensure features move as per timelinesCoordinate between Sales, Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure alignmentCollect inputs from Sales/Operations on client requirements and route them properlyFollow up with teams to clear blockers and ensure consistent progressMaintain project documents, timelines, release notes, and internal updatesEnsure every planned feature has clear specs, deadlines, and ownershipPrepare weekly project status summaries for the CEOHelp ensure the team follows structured processes (standups, reviews, planning)Support cross-functional initiatives, like onboarding and product launchesTalent Sourcing & People Ops Build and manage hiring pipelines across departmentsSource candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and communitiesScreen applicants, conduct initial conversations, and shortlist profilesCoordinate interviews and maintain structured communication with candidatesMaintain hiring trackers, interview notes, feedback, and offer statusesManage onboarding documentation, employee files, and HR hygieneMaintain internal talent database and run proactive sourcingSupport culture and engagement initiatives (events, communication, activities)SUBMIT FORM TO APPLY
