We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, HR business processes, and enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to translate HR requirements into scalable and efficient system solutions.
Serve as the lead architect for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and enhancements.
Design end-to-end HCM solutions across modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Compensation, and Time & Labor.
Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and best practices.
Define integration strategy with third-party systems (payroll, benefits, ERP, etc.).
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Oversee solution development, configuration, and deployment in collaboration with development and QA teams.
Guide data migration strategy and assist with data conversion activities.
Provide governance and oversight during project execution and support phases.
Mentor junior team members and provide thought leadership in Oracle HCM capabilities.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
~12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with at least 3 years as a Solution Architect.
~ Proven experience in full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
~ In-depth knowledge of at least 3 major Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
~ Experience with HCM data models, security roles, fast formulas, and workflow configuration.
~ Strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher.
~ Oracle Cloud Certification(s) in HCM is highly desirable.

Experience in global HCM implementations and localization (e.g., Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in change management and training related to Oracle HCM deployments.
Specify remote/hybrid/on-site work requirements)
~ May require occasional travel to client sites or regional offices.
