Perform the Internal and external rejection analysis for every rejection code, discuss in Knowledge sharing sessions and ensure prevention of rejections, maintaining quality KPICommunicate with the SMEs for every work order and ensure the quality KPI’s are metParticipate in peer-reviews and follow the review cycles to ensure the Right First timeVisualize/create images, mark-ups, additional information / instruction to IllustratorsAble to guide Jr. Authors / Jr. Illustrators, Authors / Illustrators.Able to perform Root Cause Analysis for any rejections & take preventive actionsAbility to train new comers both for technical competence and process adherenceAbility to develop content for Knowledge and Training SessionsExperience in Boeing technical publication is preferred (not mandatory).
