Job Description :-
Need a Service Now Developer with extensive experience in implementing Service Now HRSD/GRC solutions over end to end green field implementation lifecycle
Candidate should have experience about years Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with experience on Development on ITSM and Integrations using Service Now.
Having an experience in Service Now implementations and support. Experience in Service Now including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations.
Must have good programming skills (Java Script a must) Extensive development experience knowledge on all Service Now ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Service Catalog, Change, Knowledge, Asset, CMDB System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP. Experience with extending the Service Now schema to custom applications and working on Service Now platform capabilities and tools like Discovery, Orchestration and other applications. Desired experience in scripting languages: Java Script, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell Very Good Experience working with relational databases.
Excellent communication skills & customer engagement Experience with Service Now client and server-side Java Script and the Service Now APIs.
Experience working & configuring Virtual Agent & Performance Analytics
CSA certification is must CIS certifications is an added advantage
